Participatory practice guide for healthcare professionals in Catalunya
AQUAS - FOSTERING PARTICIPATORY PRACTICES
Citizen participation in healthcare is key to defining a common understanding of value. However, participatory healthcare is not structurally engrained in healthcare systems.
In 2021 we co-created with a group of 21 front-line healthcare professionals a Practice Guide to foster Participatory Healthcare Practices across Catalunya. It includes recommendations and tools about how to facilitate front-line professionals to deimplement low-value care practices, implement Shared-Decision Making processes or Service Co-design projects.
You can check the Practice Guide here.
In partnership with the Catalan Agency for Health Quality and Assessment (AQuAS), a group of front-line healthcare professionals around Catalunya & Juan Navarro.
