REDESIGNING THE CONVERSATION AROUND CHRONIC PAIN
The objective of this project is to transform the patient-professional consultation, nurturing an equitable dialogue and establishing a foundation of trust from the first encounter.
This co-designed process started with the identification of needs and led to the re-design of the space and first service touchpoint. Through the design of tools and a new protocol that facilitates the visit —from pre-visit preparations to the actual consultation and post-visit follow-up— professionals and patients collaborate to agree on a treatment approach, resolve doubts and ensure patients leave with clear and personalised information.
