Patients rarely have the opportunity to have a voice in the definition or improvement of healthcare processes, spaces or services.

 

Espacio Voz is a unique initiative and a safe space in Onkologikoa (San Sebastian) where cancer patients and clinicians can co-design healthcare processes, settings and services. An example of this is a menu to nourish patients during chemotherapy that we co-designed with oncologists, patients and professional chefs in the Espacio Voz.
