A visit to the doctor with a young child can be hard for everyone involved. The child’s stress can impact not only themselves, but also their parents and the care team, resulting in an escalating situation. 

 

GloBuddys is a patient experience tool for kids between the ages of 4-8, to positively distract and manage stress throughout different stages of a healthcare visit. It uses storytelling and multi-sensorial interactions to engage kids and enable them to stay engaged with the process. It also offers a unique digital communication platform between kids, their parents and the healthcare provider to better understand and support children to cope with their discomfort and anxiety.
