Hospitals are witnessing daily stories of suffering, uncertainty and stress. But also moments of achievement and hope. They are scenarios full of intense emotions, often difficult to digest and cope.

In this project we discovered the world of Hospital Clowns and their role to engrain Emotional Care in the Healthcare System. We learned how Hospital Clowns contribute to improving Hospital Care model’s by enhancing patient experience, care teams well-being and clinical outcomes. We co-created a new Value Proposition and Service Strategy for Pallapupas to build stronger partnerships with Hospitals in a new integrated, transversal and solid way.
