Medical consultations usually come laden with pressure, squeezed time, words lost in translation and unequal expectations.
The Visit Pack is a public service innovation project that improved the patient experience in a busy Diabetic Retinopathy Clinic by introducing a consistent navigation throughout the patient’s journey, and by improving the communication between the eye doctor, the patient and his/her family during and between check-up consultations.
